  1. Hi, I would like to seek some advice with tourist visa application. I am a Philippine passport holder and currently working in Japan. I have the temporary residence here in Japan. I would like to know what should I put under “permanent address’section on the application form, should I put my address in the Philippines or in Japan? Thank you so much!
